Start time, venue and Hall of Fame
TNA moved the schedule earlier this week. The Hall of Fame induction ceremony now opens the day at 4pm ET (20:00 UTC), and Bound For Glory itself begins at 4:30pm ET (20:30 UTC). The show is available on TNA+ and through traditional pay-per-view providers.
Three names go into the Hall of Fame this year. ODB, a four-time Knockouts Champion, was announced at Rebellion in April. Amazing Red, a three-time X Division Champion, and Konnan were added at Slammiversary in June.
The Yuengling Center sits on the University of South Florida campus in Tampa. This is the 22nd event in the Bound For Glory series.
Nic Nemeth vs. Leon Slater
Slater won the X Division Championship back from Cedric Alexander at Lockdown on August 23, then gave it up to use Option C, the TNA rule that lets an X Division Champion trade the belt for a world title shot. The same night in Chicago, Nemeth beat The Hardys for the tag team titles alongside his brother Ryan, which made him a double champion.
Slater has said he wants to become the youngest TNA World Champion in history. Ryan Nemeth attacked him on the August 6 episode of iMPACT, and the two sides kept running into each other through September. After another brawl on September 24, Santino Marella banned any physical contact until the pay-per-view. If Nemeth broke the rule he would lose the title, and if Slater broke it he would lose his shot. A week later Slater went after Nic anyway, and the champion ran to the back before anything happened.
Xia Brookside vs. Indi Hartwell for the Knockouts title
Brookside won the Knockouts World Championship from Lei Ying Lee at Slammiversary on June 28. Sunday will be the fifth defense of her reign. Hartwell challenged for the same title at last year's Bound For Glory and lost to Kelani Jordan.
The match grew out of Hartwell's feud with management. On the Countdown to Lockdown show Hartwell said she was ready for a title match, and authority figure Daria Rae told her she would have to earn one. Rae went on to call Hartwell underperforming and mediocre. Debuting Knockout Zoey Serrano jumped Hartwell on August 27, and even after Hartwell beat Brookside in a tag match on September 3, Rae gave the next shot to Gabby Forza.
Hartwell and Marella went around her. On the September 24 iMPACT they goaded Rae into slapping Hartwell while Marella filmed it. The TNA board saw the footage and suspended Rae, which left Marella as the only matchmaker, and his first decision was to give Hartwell her title match. Brookside and Serrano have attacked Hartwell several times since.
International Championship four-way
Mustafa Ali's Order 4 group started to come apart on the July 30 iMPACT, when Ali cheated to beat his own stablemate Jason Hotch in a title defense. Hotch later beat Ali and walked out of the group, and asked his tag partner John Skyler to come with him. Skyler stayed at first.
Ali retained at Lockdown on August 23, but the stable kept fraying. By late September Skyler had also left Order 4. On October 1, Ali sent Special Agent 0 after Hotch, and Agent 0 followed the orders of Tasha Steelz instead. Marella then booked all four men into one match for Ali's title.
Six-way scramble for the vacant X Division title
Slater's Option C decision left the X Division Championship empty, and TNA filled the field through qualifying matches on iMPACT in August and September. Cedric Alexander went straight in because he was owed a rematch after losing to Slater at Lockdown. Fabian Aichner, KC Navarro, Rich Swann, Ryan Nemeth and BDE complete the six.
The Hardys vs. Syx, Falls Count Anywhere
For months TNA wrestlers were attacked backstage by people the cameras never showed. On September 24 the attackers revealed themselves as the returning Samuel Shaw and newcomer Joseph Sawyer, who call themselves Syx. Shaw said The Hardys were "at the top of the chopping block." Matt Hardy suggested the Falls Count Anywhere stipulation, and TNA made it official. Matt and Jeff were also scheduled for a tag title rematch against The Nemeths on the October 8 iMPACT, three days before the show.
Eddie Edwards vs. Ricky Sosa
Sosa spent the summer helping wrestlers who were being targeted by The System, the group of Eddie Edwards, Brian Myers, Bear Bronson and Alisha Edwards. He was on the losing side against them in the Lethal Lockdown match at Lockdown. On the September 10 iMPACT, Edwards put Sosa "at the top of the list of people who do not belong in TNA." After Sosa pinned Cedric Alexander in a tag match, Edwards hit him with a steel chair and challenged him to a singles match in Tampa.
It is Sosa's first singles match on a TNA pay-per-view main card. Edwards has wrestled three pay-per-view singles matches in 2026, beating JDC in a retirement match at Genesis and losing to Mike Santana at Rebellion and to Moose at Slammiversary.
Call Your Shot Gauntlet
The Call Your Shot Gauntlet returns, and the winner gets a trophy that can be cashed in for a championship match of their choosing at a later date. Reports put the planned field at 20 wrestlers. Bear Bronson, Frankie Kazarian, Avery Styles and Harley Hudson are among the names announced so far, with Styles set for his TNA in-ring debut. The full lineup had not been confirmed as of Thursday.
