Date, venue and start times

The event takes place at the Meta APEX, the UFC's in-house venue in Enterprise, Nevada, just outside the Las Vegas Strip. The seven-fight preliminary card begins at 5pm ET (21:00 UTC), and the five-fight main card follows at 8pm ET (00:00 UTC on Sunday, October 11). Because of that UTC rollover, some international listings date the show October 11. In the U.S. the full event streams on Paramount+. Broadcast partners differ by country, and the official UFC site shows the local option for each region.

Main event: Brendan Allen vs. Christian Leroy Duncan

Allen, 30, from Beaufort, South Carolina, comes in at 27-7 on a three-fight winning streak. He beat former title challenger Marvin Vettori, then Reinier de Ridder, the former ONE Championship two-division champion, and most recently Edmen Shahbazyan by unanimous decision in June. Two of those wins earned Fight of the Night bonuses. Before this run he won seven straight from 2022 to 2024, a streak that ended with back-to-back losses to Nassourdine Imavov and Anthony Hernandez. Allen, a former LFA middleweight champion, now looks for a fourth consecutive win.

Duncan, the English middleweight who came up through Cage Warriors, is 15-2. His UFC run started slowly at 2-3 through his first five appearances after his 2023 debut, and he has won five in a row since. That streak includes Roman Dolidze and a unanimous decision over former title challenger Jared Cannonier in July, along with two Performance of the Night bonuses. Saturday is the first UFC main event of his career.

Title implications at middleweight

Sean Strickland holds the UFC middleweight championship. He won it back on May 9, 2026, at UFC 328 in Newark, beating Khamzat Chimaev by split decision. That made Strickland the second two-time middleweight champion in UFC history after Israel Adesanya, and it was the first loss of Chimaev's career.

The official rankings below Strickland read Chimaev at No. 1, Dricus du Plessis at No. 2, Imavov at No. 3 and Allen at No. 4. Strickland, Chimaev and du Plessis have all held the belt, so a win here alone may not get Allen the next title shot. It would still give him four straight wins over a list that includes two former title challengers, and that is a strong case for a top-three opponent next. Allen has already lost to Imavov, so a rematch there would carry obvious interest.

For Duncan, the jump is bigger. Beating the No. 4 fighter from No. 10 would put six straight wins on his record and give him his best argument yet for a top-five spot. Directly behind Allen in the rankings sit Caio Borralho, Joe Pyfer and Gregory Rodrigues. The UFC has not attached any official title stakes to the fight.

The rest of the main card

Matheus Camilo vs. Jai Herbert

Camilo, a Brazilian lightweight at 11-3, lost his UFC debut by submission to Gabriel Green in May 2025 and has won twice since. Herbert, from England, is 14-6-1, and his UFC résumé includes a 2022 fight with Ilia Topuria. In the build-up, Camilo said he sees room to win both standing and on the mat.

He's very good. He's a good striker. I think he sometimes struggles on the ground.

Loopy Godinez vs. Ketlen Souza

Godinez, ranked No. 8 at strawweight, has made 15 Octagon appearances since 2021 and owns wins over Jessica Andrade and Tabatha Ricci. She lost to Tatiana Suarez in April. Souza, a Brazilian at 17-6 overall and 4-3 in the UFC, has won her last two and would expect a win over a ranked opponent to lift her into the top 15. Mackenzie Dern currently holds the strawweight title.

Andre Fili vs. Kai Kamaka III

This is the first meeting between the two featherweights. Fili, a longtime UFC veteran at 25-14, has dropped his last two, including a TKO loss to Vinicius Oliveira. Kamaka, 18-8-1, is coming off a TKO loss to Luke Riley.

Malcolm Wellmaker vs. Otari Tanzilovi

The main card opens with two bantamweights who both carry 10-2 records. Wellmaker is from the U.S. and Tanzilovi is from Georgia.

Preliminary card

The prelims start at 5pm ET (21:00 UTC). Two bouts have new opponents since they were first announced. Ismael Bonfim replaced Artur Minev against Francisco Prado, and Brendson Ribeiro stepped in for Alexander Poppeck against Felipe Franco.

  • Julius Walker vs. Gerald Meerschaert, light heavyweight
  • Francisco Prado vs. Ismael Bonfim, lightweight
  • Niko Price vs. Leon Shahbazyan, welterweight
  • Felipe Franco vs. Brendson Ribeiro, light heavyweight
  • Allen Frye Jr. vs. RJ Harris, heavyweight
  • Alice Pereira (No. 15) vs. Daria Zhelezniakova, women's bantamweight
  • Ernesta Kareckaitė vs. Melissa Gatto, women's flyweight

What comes after

The UFC stays busy through the fall. UFC Fight Night: Buckley vs. Malott follows on October 17 at Rogers Place in Edmonton, and UFC 333 in Abu Dhabi on October 24 is headlined by Alexander Volkanovski against Movsar Evloev. UFC 334 at Madison Square Garden in November has Ciryl Gane facing Josh Hokit in the main event.
