WrestleMania 43, Royal Rumble 2027 and WrestleMania 45: Reported Plans
Reported dates for WrestleMania 43 and the 2027 Royal Rumble, plus a Superdome hold for 2029, set against what WWE has actually announced.
Reports published between October 5 and 7, 2026 put dates and places on three of WWE's biggest upcoming shows. WrestleMania 43 in Saudi Arabia is said to be planned for April 10 and 11, 2027, the 2027 Royal Rumble for Saturday, February 6, and New Orleans has reportedly placed a hold on the Caesars Superdome for spring 2029, when WrestleMania 45 would take place. WWE has confirmed none of those dates or the 2029 location.
The locations of the first two shows are already official, which makes it easier to see how far each report goes.

Royal Rumble 2027
The 40th Royal Rumble already has a venue. On August 4, 2026, at an event held by the Arizona Sports and Events Alliance, UFC chief executive Dana White said the show would take place at State Farm Stadium in Glendale in February 2027. It is one of seven events that the alliance agreed in May 2026 to bring to Arizona over three years from WWE's parent company TKO and its brands. No date was given in August.
The date being reported now is Saturday, February 6, 2027. People involved are said to believe the show will fall on that weekend, and a separate report at the end of August had already named February 6 as the internal plan. WWE has not announced it. If it holds, this would be the second Royal Rumble held in February rather than January, after the 2025 event.
The stadium has hosted WWE before. WrestleMania XXVI was held there in 2010.
WrestleMania 43 in Saudi Arabia
WWE made the location official on September 12, 2025. At a press conference in Riyadh, Paul "Triple H" Levesque and Turki Alalshikh, chairman of Saudi Arabia's General Entertainment Authority, announced that WrestleMania 43 would be staged in the city in 2027 as part of Riyadh Season. It will be the first WrestleMania held outside North America.
WrestleMania 43 is reportedly slated internally for Saturday, April 10 and Sunday, April 11, 2027, with people planning the event said to be working around that weekend. That would keep the two-night format WWE has used for WrestleMania since 2020. A venue in Riyadh has not been named.
An official announcement of the dates is reportedly expected by Crown Jewel, which WWE has already scheduled for Saturday, November 7, 2026 in Riyadh. Under the usual Royal Rumble stipulation, the winners of the men's and women's matches in Glendale would earn world title matches at this WrestleMania.
WrestleMania 45 and New Orleans
The most speculative of the three reports concerns 2029. WWE and the city of New Orleans are said to hold dates at the Caesars Superdome for the spring of that year, with the window reportedly running from March 12 to April 21, 2029. A hold of that kind keeps the building available. It does not commit WWE to anything, and the company has not announced a host for WrestleMania 45.
The city was originally due to stage WrestleMania 42 at the Superdome on April 11 and 12, 2026, before WWE moved the event to Allegiant Stadium near Las Vegas, where it ran on April 18 and 19. As part of that change, New Orleans was promised a future WrestleMania along with this year's Money in the Bank, which takes place this Saturday, October 10, at the Smoothie King Center.
The Superdome has staged WrestleMania twice already, WrestleMania XXX in 2014 and WrestleMania 34 in 2018. A third visit in 2029 would honor the promise made when the 2026 show left town, though WWE has said nothing about where WrestleMania 45 will go.
